Our Roomies layout is a shared bedroom option, meaning you’ll share a bedroom with another roommate, a great choice if you’re looking to save on rent while still enjoying a comfortable living space.

At Woodroffe Place, every suite is fully furnished and move-in ready. Each resident has their own bedroom setup, which includes a bed, smart TV, desk and chair, dresser, lamps, and artwork. You’ll also have high-speed Wi-Fi and in-suite laundry included in your rent.

Common areas are shared with your roommates, giving you space to relax and socialize. The common areas include comfortable couches and a smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances — including a stove, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave.
